Óleo Olivia is a limited production organic extra virgen olive oil produced from the Manzanilla Cacereña variety of olive which is only found in limited geographical areas of the province of Cáceres in Extremadura, Spain. The variety is slow growing and our centenery olive trees are cared for by hand. Manzanilla Cacereña has excellent nutritional and organoleptic characteristics, with a balanced flavour combining spicy, sweet and bitter notes.
 
EVOO should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
